By accessing and using UNTOLD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the app.
User Content
UNTOLD allows users to interact with an AI bot to generate creative fiction and narratives. Please be aware that all content generated by the AI bot is for entertainment purposes only. None of the information provided by the AI bot should be considered factual or relied upon for any purpose other than generating fictional stories and experiences.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and logos, associated with UNTOLD and its content are owned by the app's developers or licensors.
Privacy
We value your privacy and have implemented measures to protect your personal information. In the near future we will publish a Privacy Policy where you will be able to find detailed information on how we collect, use, and disclose data when you use UNTOLD. Note that admins may occasionally need to access and/or view your chat messages for support, quality control and other purposes.
Limitation of Liability
UNTOLD and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the app. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
